Spoke with them about getting a quote on a project and they said they’d get right on it because they had lots of time and could complete the project this spring no problem. 3 weeks later I call to check in and they said “I haven’t done the quote because other things came up and we’d be making time for you so….” Customer service is poor and communication is unsatisfactory. Be careful when having them do work for you as they say the right things but have no follow through in my experience.
