I was absolutely DISGUSTED with how this man treated my 87 year old grandfather who had to put his best friend down. He was incredibly insensitive, rude, and rushed us through the process. He used dirty needles, and the cleanliness of this place well there wasn’t any. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Small country vet or not there is no excuse for the way he treats people and the animals. Absolutely horrified.
Went to have my father's beloved 16 year old Lab put down this morning. The Dr. couldn't have been more abrasive, rude and insensitive! Arrived 15 minutes early and he had no one else there. We were told to hurry up so he could "Get the party started" were the Dr's exact words. My father wanted one last goodbye with his best companion and then the Dr. asked the family "Is everything right with the world now?" so he could put her down. I have always this place because he tells it like it is and doesn't over charge. I'm ok with his grumpiness. Lol
If I could get away with not giving them any stars I would... this vet as the worst customer service ever... he is very rude and talked to my husband very inappropriately. I would highly advise you not to bring your animals to this place.
