I called and asked about the lot rent. He then lied to me and told me nothing was available. Then I told him I’m looking at one that’s available right now, then he smacked his lips and told me the lot rent was 700. I asked Him about the reviews I seen that were saying the property management Was rude? He then said “ Yes, I am very rude ,They are talking about me” . Do not waste your time here, they are highly unprofessional. The male property manager was extremely disrespectful, rude and made multiple false statements. Terrible experience. Would never consider doing business with these people!
They need to make Drone man STOP flying it here!! It is an UAS with a camera..anything or anyone taking photos or video or audio without consent is more then wrong and complete invasion on privacy...children are here and who knows what he's taking. ..go to PROPER fly zones. ..no longer best place, management needs to stop him or the very least he needs to take camera off!! While flying near homes, park or not.
Great Community, Lovely People, Now if we can just get management to agree on certain rules that would be great, Nonetheless the best trailer park that is around.
Seems well kept, no junk everywhere. Quiet and friendly. The people I know who live there are good people.
