We are here visiting family and staying at Scales Lake. I needed a quick oil change before heading back to Texas in a couple of days later. Usually they need appointment set for the services I needed. The owner told me a time and I was there at that time and he got my services done no hassle. Thanks and I highly recommend this establishment for your oil change needs.
Fair price and solid work.
I pulled into Lowell’s freezing and fingers aching from changing a flat tire in Boonville. My doughnuts valve stem would only spin when I tried to remove the cap. I do not live in Boonville and was out of reach from any help from friends or family. They kindly stopped what they were doing and help me remove the cap without damaging the valve stem, aired up my tire and when I asked if I could pay he refused me. I used Lowell's service a couple of weeks ago after being SHOCKED at DPatricks cost just to diagnose the problem. Jr.was very knowledgeable, explained the problem in detail, and showed me the replaced parts and how they'd failed. Now my heater doesn't work. NO QUESTION, I'm giving him a call!
Junior has worked on my daughter's car, my wife's car and my truck. He has always been upfront and truthful with me. His work is top quality and the parts he uses are high quality. I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.
