Rich and his wife are wonderful! Very honest, knowledgable and dependable. They do a fantastic job for us and we're so lucky and thankful to of finally found a reliable pool service company.
I was having a problem with my pool and my Home warranty had Lowell’s Pool service dispatched to my home. The tech showed up late said he was never advised of our appointment he took 5 mins and said it was my pool pump that was no good. He said he would reach out to my home warranty for approval. It’s been over a week and the last time I spoke with over the he said to be honest I am busy. This man to my money and did not complete the job! Very disappointed in his service all around and does not even deserve 1 star.
