This guy took $463 and claimed he fixed my car but all he did was clear the code.
I was a regular customer of Lowell's for 7 years. He rebuilt engines for both my Karmann Ghia and my Bug. I was very pleased with his work. My cars were with him regularly. He was my only mechanic. I stopped going to him because I moved out of state. The rebuilt engine in my Bug failed and then caught on fire after moving out of state with less than 500 miles on it.
