Had some communication issues.. but were finally resolved. The do good honest work, at very reasonable prices. Would go back!
friendly family owned independent repair shop – they specialize in Lexus and Toyotas - great independent repair shop - nice alternative to the dealer - have a shuttle service if you don't want to wait, or a small friendly waiting room if you have time to wait. Family owned business that's been around since 1979
The best Toyota repair We've been going to Lowell's since we moved to KY 12 years ago. These guys know what they are doing, problems are explained very clearly, you are always given a quote. Sometimes the final price is less than the quote. Repairs don't drag on forever- cars are almost always ready when they say they'll be. They're very honest and trustworthy. They have a computer service so you can keep track of when servicing is due on the various systems of your vehicle by mileage and/or date. Highly recommended.
