The Asian lady that's probably in her 40s is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She got so much attitude that it is hard to even ask a question. Wic is supposed to help people, not to intimidate them. Get out of customer service if you're going treat people badly.
They seem to encourage working mothers to go on welfare and mass health to be able to qualify for benefits. If you work WIC staff inquires why you are not receiving benefits or on mass health if you have private insurance. To obtain any type of WIC benefits it’s a hassle if you’re working for which the supervisor has to clear the approval even after all documentation requested was sent.
