Excellent, clean, and secure facility with 24/7 gated access. Rental process is a breeze! Management is always extremely prompt and helpful...highly recommend this facility!
We have rented a few units at lowell RV and Self Storage. They are clean and secure. They are extremely quick to respond to any issue but we only had one and it was my fault, not theirs. I couldn't get my key to work. Management rushed over from Fayetteville to help me out. However, I was trying to get in with the wrong key. Lol. He was very understanding about the mix up.
