I am very pleased with ATI in Lowell for my physical therapy. I wanted to be close to home & work. Originally I was referred to Franciscan St. Anthony’s but they couldn’t see me for 1.5 months. The other PT place did not take my insurance. ATI in Lowell is convenient, clean and everyone is cheery. I mainly worked with Donna & Bailey, they are very knowledgeable & listen to my concerns. I called to schedule for Vestibalar PT asap after getting out of the hospital. I was very specific when I called to request the appointment. I told the receptionist I didn’t care where I had to go I just needed to get in and she scheduled me in Cedar Lake at 8 am the next day. Upon arrival I was told to have a seat and that they could see all my papers were filled out.
