Love this place...one of the few places in Flagstaff you can get away from light AND get up high... we saw the Milky Way, shooting stars, a meteor, and a satellite parade! Visited August 2025. No camping, not much parking. But it's pretty unused, so it's all good! Bring a jacket for night time... it's cool at 7000 ft even in summer. ;)
It’s really nothing up there. I drove all the way up there and just to turn around.
