Worked with Lowell Hays a few years ago for several major home projects. I have been very pleased with the quality of the workers he provided & supervised as well as his hands on approach to many of our project needs. Lowell was always accessible. Lowell built my house in Germantown, TN in 2005. I owned the home for 13 years and Lowell stood behind his work the entire time. He does things right the first go round and holds his sub-contractors to a high standard. Recently, I renovated a house in CT using a General Contractor. I was reminded everyday of how much I wished Lowell could have been the GC on this job. I was low balled on the project's budget and the subs were held to no standard.
