The staff sucks! Every time you ask for help they take super long. Their excuse is that’s there was an emergency, yet there are like 10 nurses at the station yapping away. Afraid for my health when I’m there.
10 hours in total, left without any meds or treatment. 5 hours in the waiting room and 5 hours in a room just to ask to be discharged because I couldn’t take it anymore. When I ask to be discharged then they came in to REGISTER me and a doctor magically appeared to do exam and see me - mind you I already had all the monitors stuff off but she proceeded with the consult and then took another hour and a half to discharge me. Again, all of this and left without treatment or meds
Been waiting in er waiting room for over 5 hours with a sick child. And all the people behind the desk seem to care about are making jokes and laughing. Do we need to be bleeding out on the verge of death to be seen ? This is outrageous. I would make this no stars in I could.
I had hernia surgery one week ago. Everyone I encountered was excellent. From check in to all the techs, nurses, doctors and surgeon. I had NE Hernia do the procedure and everything went great! I highly recommend the surgical unit here!
