I’m so grateful for the nurses on the D3 Surgical Unit at Lowell General who cared for my mom after her brain surgery. Every single nurse was kind, patient, and caring — my mom couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful they were. The worst, went in ER at 8:45 until 1am still waiting to be seen, toilets have no paper towel or toilet papers, I will never come back to Er,
I had an excellent experience at Lowell General Hospital. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The nurses and doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for.
