After not being his patient since 2002 this doctor did not keep track of his own referrals. Had me flagged as obsessed with endometriosis and I had to beg his associate for a referral for hysterectomy. Tacoma General Hospital since Dec 2002. I left after he accused me of being hypochondriac instead of referring me for a hysterectomy. Dr. lowell Finkleman’s office is source of my identity theft reported to my medical insurance here in AZ. I do not know what is happening at PSD or why they would spend 20 years discrediting me, claiming I lied about my allergies and heart disease by investigating and spreading false rumors through physician’s offices by cyber-hackers.
