Dr.Soto is excellent but his staff has repeatedly (3 times) not shown up for scheduled lab work and never called to cancel or reschedule the appointment, we were informed AFTER we arrived for the appointment. We have been scheduled in the wrong office repeatedly with no apologies. The so called referral department never answers the phone and never returned one call after repeated attempts to contact someone. Overall this has been a very negative and frustrating experience! We will miss Dr.Soto.
The staff very friendly, had an abdominal scan done and the technician Angila was great .
The phlebotomist is not good. She is very nice and try's her best. But always I mean always has a hard time finding my veins to draw blood. Takes three try's and it hurts with her moving the needle around....There has been times she's had to send me else where because she can't do it. I go somewhere else and they do it with no problems with a first try! She needs educated or more practice there. They have new girls there now!!! The bathroom sucks!
