The phlebotomist is not good. She is very nice and try's her best. But always I mean always has a hard time finding my veins to draw blood. Takes three try's and it hurts with her moving the needle around....There has been times she's had to send me else where because she can't do it. I go somewhere else and they do it with no problems with a first try! She needs educated or more practice there. They have new girls there now!!! The bathroom sucks! Went to have a blood draw by a lovely lady and I didn't feel a thing but, the laughter, she was awesome!
