LCHC is the worst from the staff to the system and quality of care - I dont even know how they keep getting funding. The call center hangs up everytine they thing the task is too much no one is willing to help. I've called everyday for a week to get my prescriptions refilled with no luck and no one calls me back. What do I have to do check in to get prescriptions for medications I've been taking for years? Go somewhere else this place is horrible
Waited so long. Appt at 2:20pm, have been waited and sit in the waiting room to be seen. As of right now, it’s 3pm, and still waiting for the doctor.
