9am appointment for my sons shots. Waited until 9:30 to be seen. But if we are 15 minutes late they’ll cancel your appointment.
While the nurses and doctors at the facility are kind and professional, my experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of a staff member at the front desk of the phlebotomy lab. Due to a miscommunication, I had to wait an additional two hours, as I was not given the opportunity to explain my situation. The staff member was dismissive, cutting me off repeatedly and preventing me from speaking, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Horrible doctors, horrible judgmental staff that discriminate and try to have your babies taken from you. Beware. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CHILDREN
The staff is really unprofessional. Ableism abundant along with trans phobia (I’m not trans, the evidence was in how they handled name preference). Most outright refused to use my preferred name and they always had some reason that was valid even though the system has the option. Never once did they apologize after dead naming me, they just justified it.
