I wanted to bring up a concern regarding patient privacy at check-in. The front desk staff speak very loudly when asking for personal information such as date of birth, phone number, and address, making it easy for everyone in the waiting area to hear and those big tall glasses make it even harder. To enhance patient confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations, I kindly suggest implementing measures such as lowering voices, using written check-in forms, adding something to the glass such as a small speaker system or ... read more
