I love LCHC, but trying to get in touch with anyone to make or reschedule and appointment is near impossible. And don't even ask me about the my chart bull I go though every time I try to log in. I do love the doctors and rest of the staff there. BUT PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THE CALL CENTER. I don't enjoy needing to call back a million times to just get hung on.
HIIII i am back 4 years later! I will be leaving my review from 4 years ago at the bottom of this current review. Last week I was hospitalized on 4/13/26. I won't go into details as to why, but let's just say the last time I was in a hospital was to give birth to my kid over 10 years ago. LCHC is the only place in my network that takes my insurance. I tried to call TWICE for an ER visit follow up. I was on hold for over an hour not able to get in touch with a representative. I logged into My Chart to "request an appointment"... read more
Horrible customer service. You can tell no one ever wants to do their job here. You have to wait more than 10 business days for a doctor to fill out a form for you. They also called me day of an appointment I had to reschedule me. Then called me again to reschedule the 2nd appointment and was notified I was marked as no show for an appointment they cancelled !
