Long story short, I had a shattered panoramic sunroof that was previously repaired twice by two different glass and body shop. The first time it leaked so the freezing and thawing of water eventually caused the glass to crack again. The second time I had it repaired it litterally rained through my roof and the mechanic claimed it was manufacturer error due to a recalled part and that it wasn’t his fault and he refused to improve the repair. Excellent experience with Patriots Auto Body. They helped repair the HV battery on my Tesla and the whole process was very professional. They kept me updated the entire time, and the car is running perfectly again. You can tell they really know how to work on Teslas and high-voltage systems. Great customer service, honest people, and quality work. Definitely recommend them if you need specialized Tesla repairs.
