Reason for visit: Tesla model Y complained front hood sensor malfunction At visit: mechanic informed hood sensor has malfunctioned and needs replacement. Replacement is 250 and will arrive after a day Cost: $150 (diagnostic charge) Basically they charged 150 to tell me what the car already told me 🤯 Never going back. Your choice guys. Got my car repaired from Patriots and the folks are great, they make you fully understand the problem, give suggestions and do the best at the most reasonable price they can, they have the best technical expertise.
I got in a collision and had to get my door and side view mirror replaced. They did a quick and awesome job. However, there was an issue with the side view mirror and it was making a whistling sound from the wind when I drove. Though it wasn't Patriot Auto's fault (the manufacturer must have messed up ) and I kept bringing it back for them to fix, they eventually found the issue and fixed it with a smile. Everyone I met at the shop was very kind and approachable. I highly recommend this shop.
Patriots Autobody did a super job repairing the damage to my son’s car. The insurance company wanted to “total” the car, but Patriots Autobody provided a competitive quote that allowed the insurance company to fix the damage, rather than total the car. They responded quickly to my calls and texts and were easy to work with. I recommend them for any vehicle body damage. See before and after pics!
Had a WONDERFUL experience. Would've liked a lower cost, but job was so WELL DONE I couldn't argue with the cost. Car looked WAY BETTER than when I brought to Patriots Autobody, car looked BRAND NEW
