Is it pandemic or carelessness? I understand pandemic had stressed many government duties nevertheless the fact remains one should always use common sense and do the right thing. A street sand and salt truck accidentally knocked the snow bank blocking my driveway with boulder sized snow impeding my exit. If it is me I'll stop and let the property owner know and or my department to send in help to clear this.
