No bull from these guys, they really take pride in their work and name. They do not just fix your car, they give you reliable advice to take home with you. Two other shops turned down my '86 project before going to this place, they took me right in and found the culprit in two days. Thousands saved from avoiding unnecessary work, not one of those shops that will cheat you and for that will gladly go again.
My son's car got towed there this weekend from AAA and we were nervous because we've never used this place. Spoke to Paul and he was quick, efficient and most importantly HONEST. My son is a student at UMass Lowell and if he needs service again, this will be the place
These guys know their stuff and the manager Paul is a no nonsense guy who tells it like it is. This is probably the last of the honest repair shops. Prices are right in line with what they should be. They don't fluff it up. I made an appointment and they stuck to the time they told me. Really appreciate the service, but most of all the honesty.
