Called due to an emergency. Was told they would come out. After waiting all day, I called back. I was then told since he gave me one of his employees number, i was supposed to call his employee to do the work. What the heck?
Love Bruce and his crew. HE goes above and beyond and has very reasonable prices. Best plumber in PB
