Taking over Metro flats has been a total disaster. They do not honor the quite times or disrespectful tenents. All the good tenents are leaving because of onsite managers.
Everytime I go to my friends house, the tenents run around uncontrollably load and hammering noises all night long. Just unbearable.
LPG Residential is truly a case study in poor business ethics. Absolutely zero regard for the health and wellbeing of the residents living in their properties. Zero communication with residents when it matters most. They will do everything to get you to pack up and leave their property before actually answering a phone call to help you.
