We had an instant Hot Water heater installed at our church (replacing the old one) had some hiccups with it and it was a bit of a head scratcher... but second time they sent Tim out and what a friendly and knowledgeable guy! Figured out the issue quickly and came back and resolved it quickly leaving no stone unturned!! give that man a raise!! thank you for the fantastic service, Pastor Rod - Abundant Life Baptist Church.
We hired Lowe to install a full HVAC for our large warehouse to ensure it all remains temperature controlled as we store perishable materials. Their team was absolutely fantastic and professional, and provided exceptional quality and customer service. Highly recommended!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a Lowe Mechanical employee van #190 this morning at A&W in Headingley. Coming into the store on a racist tirade over a drive thru error. Enjoying breakfast with my family on the way to a road trip and this guy comes in and ruins it. Meanwhile wearing company clothing and a clearly marked van. This company should be embarrassed of this employee and his actions. Mistakes happen especially in food service and this type of racism is completely unacceptable.
