I deeply regret buying off-the-plan from Lowe Living and would never consider doing so again. Settlement took place for our property in February 2023. 01.03.23 Ongoing defect remediation works. Dry concrete cutting, on the stairs to the basement/immediately adjacent to our home, with the door to the basement open. No notification. Extremely loud, extreme levels of airborne particulates. Employee not wearing any respiratory PPE. Concrete dust spread throughout the basement, onto cars and onto my (and others) persons. 11.11.25... read more

Starting with a sales enquiry, some design adjustments, build, handover and after sales service could not have better for our new Parkdale apartment from Lowe Living. Sarah in sales, Helen customer service and Mike the fix it man who works his magic on the small but important to us minor defects have all been 1st class to deal with. No hesitation in recommending Lowe for anyone thinking of working with them on a new property.
