I deeply regret buying off-the-plan from Lowe Living and would never consider doing so again. Settlement took place for our property in February 2023. 01.03.23 Ongoing defect remediation works. Dry concrete cutting, on the stairs to the basement/immediately adjacent to our home, with the door to the basement open. No notification. Extremely loud, extreme levels of airborne particulates.
