I would never recommend buying a off the plan apartment from Lowe Living I brought a off the plan apartment form Lowe Living a couple of years ago , nothing but problems leading up to settlement date and after settlement date , it took Lowe Living 12 months to get all the major and minor defects fixed , one major defect was never really fixed correctly , it all just become to hard for Lowe Living and they just didn't care in the end and they knew if i went to DBDRV or VCAT it would be years before it got resolved , a Lowe Li... read more
Brilliant people to deal with..
We could not expect more from Helen and Charlotte, with the services they have provided. Not only are they friendly and caring when dealing with us, but they are precise in their advice when answering our question, expedient in providing the advice and have gone out of their way to assist us when we have had special needs. We have no reason to believe their services will be otherwise ,as we go through this exciting but challenging time in our lives.

We recently purchased an apartment “off the plan” in Parkdale from Lowe Living. The process of buying off the plan is not always straight forward. However Lowe Living made it a lot easier. Communication was a feature and our concerns were listened to in an extremely receptive manner. They were always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy our concerns.
