I deeply regret buying off-the-plan from Lowe Living and would never consider doing so again. Settlement took place for our property in February 2023. 01.03.23 Ongoing defect remediation works. Dry concrete cutting, on the stairs to the basement/immediately adjacent to our home, with the door to the basement open. No notification. Extremely loud, extreme levels of airborne particulates. My husband and I recently purchased an off the plan apartment in Miramar Sandringham. We cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Fox the Sales Executive who supported us throughout the process, listened to our concerns and created solutions. She responded to us with a high level of emotional intelligence, good humor, professionalism and timeliness. We are excited about moving on to the next phase of our lives and sincerely thank Sarah for making it possible.

My husband and I have had a long and successful association with the Lowe family. They initially built a 2 unit development for us and recently we bought an apartment off the plan which is stunning. Although there have been some problems along the way they have all been sorted to our satisfaction. Peter Bicanic,Milanka and their staff have been excellent in promptly handling any issues we have had.
I would never recommend buying a off the plan apartment from Lowe Living I brought a off the plan apartment form Lowe Living a couple of years ago , nothing but problems leading up to settlement date and after settlement date , it took Lowe Living 12 months to get all the major and minor defects fixed , one major defect was never really fixed correctly , it all just become to hard for Lowe Living and they just didn't care in the end and they knew if i went to DBDRV or VCAT it would be years before it got resolved , a Lowe Li... read more
