VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! I just wasted half a day waiting for them to show up at a job. One that was set up almost 2 weeks before. Where there was an email with all confirmation details a week before. Followed up with a confirmation discussion with the Electrician Clint (Don's son). I should have been concerned when he said he would not read the manual for the device before hand.
