It was our first time getting alterations done on a suit and prom dress but the whole process went smooth. Lowe Dollar Cleaners helped us take measurements to get a perfect fit on the dress and suit jacket. I brought in extra Material that matched the prom dress to line the suit collar and pockets. I dealt with the 'manager' on this particular occasion--if you choose to frequent this establishment he can be identified as a shorter Asian boy--I encourage you to exercise all means of avoiding him due to his interpersonal deficiencies and an acute inability to form coherent sentences. Okay, let me start by saying that my situation might be that 1 in a thousand. Took my blazers in for dry cleaning on Tuesday AM, promised they’ll be done by Thursday after 4PM. Arrived Thursday after 4 and was told my blazers were no where to be found. Unreliable, deceitful, and unprofessional service and management. Do not trust dry cleaning your belongings with this business! I brought in items for dry cleaning. Two of these items were a jacket and a wrap coat both of which had belts attached to them. When picking up my items I noticed and quickly pointed out to the attendee (who turned out to be the owner) that the belt for the wrap coat was missing.
