Absolutely terrible management and service. I dropped off a shirt and pants for a simple dry clean on Friday and went back on Thursday for it to be not done yet (almost a week later). They proceeded to tell me it would be done by 4PM that day. I went back the following morning for the pants to be there but the shirt was not. After waiting an hour I went back AGAIN and they said it was on the way from their other location. 30 minutes later I get a call saying they lost my shirt. Do not come to this place.

Decided to try this place since they offered a state worker discount. Never opened. Waited til 9:15 AM. Quick look inside seems business is slow, possibly cause of hours. Went up the street to another dry cleaner place that was super friendly and open. Edit for reply: today 5/06/2025. Lights were off, door closed, nobody in sight. I waited by door til 9:15am.
She is nice person.Shegoes above and beyond .the perfect person because she will out her waymake happy with stuff began to the store and me fill good that the clothes that I bring in that they do a good job.
It was our first time getting alterations done on a suit and prom dress but the whole process went smooth. Lowe Dollar Cleaners helped us take measurements to get a perfect fit on the dress and suit jacket. I brought in extra Material that matched the prom dress to line the suit collar and pockets.
