I would not be recommending Lowe Construction to anyone looking to build a new home or buy a new home they have built. We have had numerous problems with them from the start. First, they changed the plans to the house we already had a contract on and dis not even both telling us. When we had an inspection of the house for our one year warranty what was uncovered was horrible. They had no flashing at all under the siding or by the gutters. Five stars doesn't even seem enough from how great our experience has been with Lowe Construction. We purchased a house while still being built and the Lowe Construction team made it their goal to ensure they were building our dream home. We came in just in time to pick out some design features of the house, and Apryl was very helpful giving advice and showing us samples to keep us from getting too overwhelmed.
