I bought a new 2026 Lowe 1775 and have had nothing but problems with this boat with cavitation and the design of the swim platform throwing water in the boat, swamping the boat. Four trips to the dealer and even was sent back to the factory to try and fix the problem. The boat still has the same issues and came back wiring damaged and all scratched up. The warranty rep says “we full filled our warranty “ which means they aren’t going to fix my issues. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and especially the Lowe 1775!
Called to get help finding dealer that could help but they were rude. Their dealers in my area ran down there boats told me call them direct. Well that’s a waist she hung up and said bye didn’t help didn’t care said not there problem more or less. I know one person doesn’t matter to company but I am posting this to say if they don’t care about their dealers being happy or a customer getting help then they don’t care enough about there business to buy a boat from they lost my family’s business for ever and that’s about 4 to 5... read more
Do not waste your time buying a pontoon from this manufacturer. We purchased a brand new pontoon boat in 2021 and was able to use it for 1 summer and it's been in the shop ever since. Thank God it is still under warranty because they have replaced 2 power heads and it still don't run.. never again... I wish I could re rate lowe boats with at least 1 star, but I can't.
