I’m happy with my Lowe boat but their customer service is terrible. They will only refer you to a dealer. Dealer said part was no longer available. Called Lowe back and they again said I had to go to a dealer. Wouldn’t help me find an alternative part didn’t appear to want to help resolve my problem.
Do not waste your time buying a pontoon from this manufacturer. We purchased a brand new pontoon boat in 2021 and was able to use it for 1 summer and it's been in the shop ever since. Thank God it is still under warranty because they have replaced 2 power heads and it still don't run.. never again...
Beyond rude.
I would be extremely cautious dealing with Lowe boats. I purchased a Lowe 1660 a couple weeks ago from Tempo Marine in East Moline, IL. It came in water logged and unable to drain water from the bow of the boat to the stern drain plug. The floor in the cockpit area is also bulged up in two spots and pops when you walk on it. I'm currently out the $13,000+ and have no boat to show for it. Lowe has been difficult to work with and a challenge to even reach (having to leave voicemails for "Roy" and not getting call backs...)
Lowe does not stand by its products and above all...its customers. The worst customer service. They avoid contact with customers and immediately push you to local dealerships. I basically have a lemon for a boat just sitting because repairs will total over 7k dollars. Never again will I purchase anything related to Lowe boats.
