So we installed a northstar softner unit, we install them all the time (great system). This time we had a part fail and error code come up. I called the tech support line and got mason lowder with lowder sales. He jump in and diagnosed very quickly with me had the part ready for pick up within the hour. I have been in many situations where customer service/tech support was needed. This team is top notch.
