Will not even entertain the thought of helping a homeowner. They will not speak to your insurance. Made that very clear. Rudely clear. To the point where they hung up on me the moment I said anything about insurance. Do not recommend.
New to Arkansas in a new to us house. Needed heat for the first time and didn't have any. Called Lowder Bros after finding them thru the Rheem authorized repair search. Couldn't be more pleased. RJ was courteous, professional and willing to explain the heat pump system that was here. Found it wasn't even wired to provide heat. Got it up and running in a short time working on both heat and A/C as it should. Very impressed with the service and will use them in the future when needed.
