Lowden’s technician Tim, was prompt, professional and explained the issue the unit was experiencing. When the issue required a follow up visit, he was again thorough, and explained how problem was resolved. Office staff was polite and helpful as well.
I needed some simple work done on my ac system, they had installed it a couple of years ago. They were quick and responsive took care of the problem.
Terrible workmanship! Techs have come several times to not actually fix the problem. I’m tired of living with AC issues
Technicians came by multiple times. We paid for the services and our AC hasn’t been fixed in 17 days. We work with Lowdens because of the warranty but it’s been extremely frustrating as a customer. I’ve never dealt with a company where I have to call them so many times during the day to get an update or request a service.
