This company is beyond disappointing. Our sewer was backing up and flooding our basement enough to be an issue. It was late in the afternoon and we didn’t have many options at all. We called around trying to get someone out as soon as possible. We found lowden plumbing and heating on google, they were 15 mins away from our house which was great! I called and spoke to someone asking for a quote to come out. I told him we needed someone to come snake our sewer drain because it was backing up. He said they charge $60 an hour an... read more
Very poor customer service. Was over charged they keep telling us they will call us back and never do. It's been 2 months and they still have not fixed our bill or talked to us.
