I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary surgery center. When my dog tore not just one ACL, but both in his back legs, we were devastated and overwhelmed. (Honestly, contemplating putting him down because of the such high quotes we were getting). My dog previously underwent a closed reduction at another hospital, but the procedure was unsuccessful. Other hospital kept recommending additional treatments, and some tests I declined were still performed on my dog. Here, there was no unnecessary talk—just the surgery, with a fair and transparent price. Doc Cook patiently explained the procedure, and they provided updates before and after the surgery. The surgery went very well. I am really satisfied and appreciate what they did to my dog.
They are AMAZING! They took care of my dog, Olive, when she needed a CCL repair. Dr. Cook and Melissa and the rest of the team are the absolute best. Your pet needing surgery is a very scary thing, and they are so accommodating. I am a bit of a helicopter dog mom, and they were so sweet. They went out of their way to let me text a number with any questions, and they always responded and helped.
