The shape is very pleasant and everyone in the office is very nice
First rate, saves time, effective.
Existing patient, have been trying for months to get a simple telehealth visit for follow up. Each time they schedule me, when the appointment day arrives they say “sorry Dr has to be in surgery.” At 6pm? In other words, the receptionists are just throwing people around and hoping something sticks. Dr Brandli has been awesome when I see him, but the staff is so disorganized. Sad to see such mismanagement.

It is unfortunate that my relationship with this practice is ruined by a billing dispute. I was signed up for an unnecessary service that my insurance does not cover. I paid the charges out of pocket and discontinued my affiliation with Lowcountry urology. The billing continues. What will it take to END IT. NO LONGER A PATIENT I am adding to my complaint that I am constantly being harassed by billing even to I have provided proof of bill payment
