While sitting in the waiting room. I thought I would be waiting for hours to be seen. Oh boy was I provided wrong. Thank you ALL, for the care that you all provided.
I have been coming to this urgent care since it has open. I have always been satisfied with the service and the care. The check in process was fast and prompt, as well as the clerk at front desk. The medical assistant was understanding and very professional. I was only prescribed only a nasal spray and Bromfed for a sinus infection. I was told it was viral and needed to run it's course. The staff was super friendly and got me in and out very quickly. However, after my 20 minute visit and paying my $50 copay, they took it upon themselves to charge me an extra $150 on my debit card. No bill, no call, just took it. Today I got another bill for $92. My insurance paid $310 and I spent $291.33 on top of that to get a covid test and a flu test and they wouldn't give me a prescription for the decongestant that I know works for me. $602 dollars for a covid test.
