Today, I went for a COVID test, which was negative. I had extremely high blood pressure when I got there. Everyone was concerned, and amazingly helpful! They helped me reduce my BP before I left. I can't recommend this facility enough.
The receptionist Shimika at the Lowcountry Urgent care in Cheraw SC need to have more patience with the patients and be more attentive to their needs. The receptionist smacked her lips and if we were getting on her nerves when we asked questions about the signing in process on the cell phone. My husband is 21 year retired veteran who suffers with PTSD and dealing with cancer. When we visit your facility we expect to get the necessary help to navigate your system.
