Imagine being sick with 2 sick toddlers. Phone is dead and the lady up front can’t even scan your insurance card. Like lady read the room, it’s not even enough chairs for them to sit and one hollering to go to bathroom! This what pissed me off recently! Before this they gave me eye medication for an ear infection.
