I am usually a content patient, however very dissatisfied with poor communication over the last 8 days. No one has responded to portal messages or voicemails. No live person will answer the phone.
My appointment was cancelled with an automatic robotic call and an email. No one answers the phone and I am unable to reschedule on the portal. I also left two private portal messages for the nurse and have not heard back. Communication and scheduling is stressful and terrible!
I am a new patient and my appointment with Dr. Warner was fine. My two star review is due to the fact that it seems to be impossible to reach the office via phone. I wanted to get my records from a previous doctor sent over before my appointment but was unable to reach them via phone to do so. I am now trying to get a prescription updated and am having the exact same problem.
