I had my yearly checkup in January of this year. Scheduled a procedure for first of June. Never got a reminder or notification but I went anyway on the scheduled day. When I checked in, the receptionist told me my doctor had retired snd the appointment had been canceled. I just don’t understand why the practice couldn’t notify the patients of the doctor’s retirement. Very poor office management. Will not be going back.
