I am honestly very disappointed since the switch to Novant. You can no longer make appointments through the patient app, which has made scheduling much more difficult. Two weeks ago, I called to try to move my appointment up because I was running out of birth control. They scheduled me a month out and said the office would call me back if they could get me in sooner. Two weeks later, I never received a call. No return calls. No prescriptions called in after leaving message. I miss Dr Osborne. This is ridiculous and frustrating.
I have been a patient of lowcountry obgyn since my first son was born (hes 18 now) recently this office has gone in the WRONG DIRECTION FAST!!!! The lady upfront is atrocious with her attitude and sour face!!! Not helpful and very dismissive!!! Its IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on the phone or to even get a call back for DAYS!!!! the doctors & nurses are absolutely amazing and the review is absolutely not against them..the entire time during my pregnancy, you could not get anybody on the phone. if i ever wanted to get thru, i would have to contact my nurse thru the portal and she would schedule my appointments half the time since nobody up front answered.
I was genuinely interested in moving my OB-GYN business to Dr. White after enjoying her podcast and appreciating her approach to menopause and sexual health. Unfortunately, my experience with the office has been extremely disappointing. I called during normal business hours on Thursday, Friday, and Monday, spending over an hour on hold trying to schedule a new patient appointment.
