I purchased a new unit about 3 years ago. Since installed i have had so many problem. I've had it worked on multiple times for the same issue. I called Derrek with Lowcountry Mechanical Heating and air. He was able to come out immediately. He could have came out like the others and replaced the same part yet again. But instead he went over and beyond to figure out where the problem was coming from and fixed the problem correctly.
