Very clean location! We’ve been looking for a place to have some seafood boil and this place did the trick! The spices were perfect! The only thing I wasn’t in love with was the potatoes and corn, I felt like they needed a bit more flavor. The corn bread makes you want to take your gloves off and lick your fingers—so good!! Will be coming back for more!
I’ve been here more times than I can count. Truly. If they ever needed proof, they could check the cameras or their bank statements. That’s how much I love this place. Lowcountry is my go to, every single time. The seafood is consistently fresh, the seasoning actually has flavor and heat, and the portions never disappoint. This location has the most flavorful fresh and fulfilling boils. I try to catch the weekday combo when I can or else I'll do a payday for 2. More than. 2 can definitely eat from there. I get Everything ridiculously hot with a side of the same to dip in. And a lime margarita with sugar rim. Mercedes and Johnathan were my favorite bartenders 😋. Thank me later.
Lowcountry is one of the BEST seafood boils in the city. The bags are customizable and you choose everything you want in it, from the seafood, to veggies, and sauce + spice level. One bag is enough for 2 to share if you order their delicious garlic butter noodles on the side!!! You order at the counter and the staff brings you the food when it’s ready. It’s not a traditional service based restaurant but the staff are still very friendly and answered any questions I had and brought out the food quickly.
I was really looking forward to my seafood boil from lowcountry, but unfortunately it was simply not good. The shrimp, corn, and crab were extremely overcooked. The shrimp was chewy and the tails were hard to remove given how overcooked they were. The sauce was super salty and lacked any flavor except garlic.
