I’ve been a loyal customer of Lowcountry Insurance for over 23 years. I've always paid on time, never submitted a claim, and was as low-maintenance a client as you could ask for. Earlier this summer, I was contacted and told that my carrier would be changing and that I would be notified once the new policy was in place. Unfortunately, that never happened.
