I highly recommend Janna, JD, and all. From placing my inquiry to receiving quotes, ordering, and installation this job was performed exceptionally. The highest degree of customer service! The product is outstanding. I have complete confidence in my newly installed hurricane protection roll down for my sliding glass door. The door has already proven multipurpose. Thank you for your all star team and delivery!
Excellent to work with to plan the protection system and work was timely performed with thorough walk through of final installation. No surprises down the line and gone is the anxiety of having my home exposed upon the approach of storms. Excellent outfit.
Low country shutter company did an awesome job with my 3 large bahama shutters on my porch! In addition to a great product, customer support is fantastic. Zach came out right after our last storm to help me lock my shutters in place after one became unlocked in the storm. No damage to my shutters and Zach was patient and great explaining how I can close them a little more during hurricane season. Highly recommend this company!
Great experience. We were going to go with an online store, but it would have absolutely been the wrong decision. The team comes out and measures, makes recommendations, discusses all options with samples, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can customize the colors. We are very happy.
Bailey was wonderful to work with, she provided detailed explanations of all products applicable to our project and was always extremely prompt as far as communication and installation itself. I highly recommend this company- a great experience!
