Great experience. We were going to go with an online store, but it would have absolutely been the wrong decision. The team comes out and measures, makes recommendations, discusses all options with samples, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can customize the colors. We are very happy.
Bailey was wonderful to work with, she provided detailed explanations of all products applicable to our project and was always extremely prompt as far as communication and installation itself. I highly recommend this company- a great experience!
Customer service, installation, and product quality have been excellent from Lowcountry Shutters. Bailey coordinated with me and my contractor, making changes and helping me to select a color. (There are multiple similar hues.) Prior to them manufacturing and painting the aluminum shutters, a Lowcountry employee measured my windows.
