Are root canals scary? Not anymore! From my phone scheduling on, it was nothing but ease and comfort with help and guidance from Lorrie. She is lovely! Even the other clients in the waiting room were very friendly. It was my kind of place! Ashley took me back to prep for my procedure. She was lovely also. Coming with somebody with diagnosed anxiety disorder, Lori was a sweetheart and helped me stay calm on the phone through booking the appointment and finding the office! Dr. Heitman was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me to calm my nerves! This was the least anxious I’ve ever been getting my teeth worked on! NONE of the procedure ( root canal) hurt in the slightest and he lets ya know it’ll be sore afterwards preemptively so you can go ahead and beat the numbness going away with some tylenol! I had a really great experience at Lowcountry Endodontics. They were able to get me in for a root canal the same day. Dr. Argraves was very professional and made sure my procedure was pain-free. I highly recommend this practice.
I'm not a fan of the dentist but after my first phone call with Lori to the minute I left I felt at ease. Dr. Argraves was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do and has great bedside matter. I WILL be going back to him if I need an Endodontist. Thank you for your help!
