I scheduled to have an employee go for a drug screen and breathalyzer; however, when he arrived at 3:18 they were closed. Their hours show that they are open until 5:00 on Mondays. Apparently the lady working wanted to leave at 3:10. Had I been made aware when I called, I could have made other arrangements. The lack of communication and professionalism are disappointing.
The ladies were AWESOME!! We did not have an appointment, we just went in not knowing what we were doing! They were extremely helpful and understanding!
