We purchased a new construction spec home in August 2024 with the pool built and maintained by Lowcountry Pool House. Over the past year, we have been extremely pleased with the service through Lowcountry Pool House. The maintenance team for this pool is excellent. Our pool has had multiple issues over the years. They are usually pretty good about fixing the issues but after so many problems I feel something is wrong with our pool. I called in to get our chiller working this summer and now it’s October and chiller hasn’t work all summer, heater doesn’t work either and now is like to use that , I haven’t been able to use the online feature for months and they are saying I need an $800 router.
