We recently had work done by two crews, and both groups were excellent. First crew of Hakeem and Joey, were efficient, and professional. They replaced rotten joists, beams, and built or reinforced footers. Our floors are now solid! David and his crew removed old and not needed insulation, and debris, cleaned up old liner, and applied an antimicrobial treatment. All debris was removed, and our yard was left spotless. we would definitely use Low Country Crawlspace again, and we highly recommend their services.
Lowcountry Crawlspace was professional from start to finish. From my first interaction with Justin in sales, to the work done on-site by David, and the oversight provided by Zak, the operations manager, every team member was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. We recently completed an encapsulation for our crawlspace. Live in an older property in West Ashley and had discovered a significant moisture issue. David and Vince were here for almost a week doing demolition, fuming, encapsulating and installing a dehumidifier. They did an outstanding job!
