I started out with Caroline who made scheduling an estimate smoothe and easy. She scheduled Justin who provided my free estimate. He was knowledgeable and gave the best advice for my situation. I was scheduled within a couple days for my crawlspace repair and David & his crew worked and kept me informed every step of the way while I was at work! Got home, reviewed the work and I was impressed and grateful. Stress level went from 100 to 0. Thanks you all!
Everyone we have come into contact with in this company has been excellent. Responses are prompt, communication is clear, and work is professional. Dave and Vince were pleasant to interact with and we barely noticed them as they did their work fully enclosing our crawlspace. This company does in house quality checks, and when we discovered an issue, they resolved it easily. We have appreciated them so much we are using them again to do repairs and encapsulate the crawlspace on another property.
We recently had work done by two crews, and both groups were excellent. First crew of Hakeem and Joey, were efficient, and professional. They replaced rotten joists, beams, and built or reinforced footers. Our floors are now solid! David and his crew removed old and not needed insulation, and debris, cleaned up old liner, and applied an antimicrobial treatment. All debris was removed, and our yard was left spotless. we would definitely use Low Country Crawlspace again, and we highly recommend their services.
Lowcountry Crawlspace was professional from start to finish. From my first interaction with Justin in sales, to the work done on-site by David, and the oversight provided by Zak, the operations manager, every team member was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job efficiently and with attention to detail.
