Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They contacted me today and said they had a cancellation and therefore an opening at noon today. I replied yes and asked if they meant for both of my dogs. They replied yes, called me by name and asked for information on my pets. When they haven’t arrived by the appointment time, I reached out and was told they were “headed my way”.
