UPDATE NOT SPAM*****THE REPLY WAS JUST FOR SHOW! THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING DOESN'T DIFFERENT****UPDATE****** ICALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM I WAS MAILNG A CHECK AND TOP MAKE PAYMENT ON MY ACCT AND THE GIRL CHECKED MY ACCT AND SAID OK BECAUSE IT HAd NOT GONE TO COLLECTIONS. I TOLD HER I NEEDED THE ADDRESS TO MAIL THE PAYMENT AND THAT IT WAS GOING IN THE MAIL THAT DAY. UPDATE: I found the number to the Operations Manager in the replies from other reviews and called. They were able to rescind the bill sent to DOR and are allowing me to pay Lowcountry directly for the original amount. Thank you! Never received a bill nor any past due notice for service because of an incorrect address in their system. Bill has now been sent to Department of Revenue for collections with an added late fee. Was told on the phone there was nothing they can do.

UPDATE: I spoke with Jeff and found out they can, in fact, look for your account using your name. He was very apologetic for what happened when I called. We went over my account and had a pleasant conversation. I'm so happy he replied and I contacted him. They get 5 stars now! I have been in the hospital for the past 5 weeks battling COVID. I just arrived at a rehab facility. I had a small amount left on my ambulance bill and I called today to let them know what had been going on with me and that it would be a little while b... read more
