I’ve stayed multiple times at Lowanna in the last couple months but lastnight was the worst… There were stains on the floor, crumbs on the couch & counter, fruit flies galore! My partner & I usually enjoy the stay but after lastnight not sure if we’ll be back.. Very disappointed
Absolutely beautiful comfortable apartment great layout even better if you get a view not of the building next door . We enjoyed our overnight stay and wanted to sleep all day the beds amazing. We will be back thank you.. Late easy checkin too.
- Daily room discount messages which were a "technical error" when you went to claim them - We were told there was parking and a visitor space when there was in fact no parking - lift didn't work - The complex itself was far more average than we were expecting Edit: I've reduced this to a one star because all of your replies are basically calling us liars.
