I reached out to Low Voltage to ask if they installed only their own residential cameras or would they be willing to install customer owned equipment. I have a hardwired system with an on site NVR to store the footage and didn't want to climb ladders or deal with getting in the attic to run wires. A simple request form on the website and they got back with me promptly. I'm an architect and when I designed my own home. I was looking for a company I can work with. Many of the low voltage/security/monitoring companies out there are just large entities that are too impersonal. In terms of equipment, they can work with any manufacturer's system. In terms of monitoring, we had many false alarms for doors being left open by the kids, and they have not failed. They're knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Low Voltage is so wonderful to work with that I recommend them to all my clients.
Great people to do business with, very professional. We talked to Debbie when we called, she knew her products well and was able to answer all our questions. When Gary came out to install, he certainly knew what he was doing, explained everything well and educated us on how to use our new security system. Would highly recommend
