I believe they subcontract for metronet. They left my gate open so my dog got out. Then left wire scraps in my yard and side yard. Left utility boxes open and wires exposed. Very lazy, dangerous, and rushed work. If it was up to me they would never work anywhere near my property again.
They failed relocating/burying a line in a matter of 6 months - reburying the same line 3 times, then damaging ours in the process - they initially wanted us to wait 2 weeks just to return service, however, that day alone cost us a couple hundred just in loss of work, then an initial couple hundred to fix the yard they promised to make up for.
